Greenwich Riverside (Short term house sitting)

Hi, I have moved in with my severely asthmatic partner as a "supporting bubble". Looking for someone to housesit between 1 March and around 23rd June. (This is a two bedroom. I plan to keep my stuff in one of them, so listed as one bed.)

Utility bills not included, Council Tax included.

Short let starting within one week of my start date is welcomed. Price to be discussed.

**About me**

I used to live in the property myself, but has moved in with my partner to form a support bubble since the start of the pandemic.

I enjoy a minimalist lifestyle because it helps me live intentionally. I am also into sustainable living and ethical investments.

I used to travel between this flat and my partner's house, but this has proven difficult as my partner has severe asthma and is considered

3 mins walk to DLR station which takes you to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes. (to Bank in <20 mins)

National rail station is about 5 minutes walk away, with trains that takes you to London Bridge (9 mins), Cannon Street (15 mins), Blackfriars (16 mins), City Thameslink (19 mins), Farringdon (21 mins), St. Pancras Int'l (25mins).

The River Boat is 10 mins walk away. An enjoyable way to admire the city, yet slowly take you to Central London along the River Thames.

If you are searching for a place in Greenwich, you probably know already that it is a lovely place in zone 2 of London, which you can still consider it fairly central, while full of local attraction of its own! Greenwich has many museums, parks, cafe, markets, local designer shops, etc. Its a place where history, modern culture and beautiful scenery mix.

The flat is in a development very close to Greenwich town centre (New Capital Quay, NCQ). With late-opening Waitrose on the Ground floor of the apartment.

NCQ is a lovely community , we organise activity e. g. drinks, cycling group, pilate group, running group, etc. You can also start a group if you want.

#The Flat
The room is 4. 04m x 3. 21m. It has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a small desk.

The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob, dishwasher, washing-machine/dryer, and all basic kitchen utensils.

The bathroom comes with a bath-tub with shower, modern toilet and mirrored cabinet.

The lounge is furnished with a sofa, a glass designer coffee table, a TV, bookcase, a small dining table with chairs.
