Hi, We have a small room in a family home with one other female occupant. She is an architect very quiet but easy to live with and is not adverse to other people playing music etc. It's in a quiet part of Lewisham with easy transport links eg. London Bridge 15mins direct trains also Cannon st Waterloo and Charing Cross.
WiFi, utility bills, washer dryer etc. all included although council tax is by law your own responsibility. The small room is basically furnished with a bed, desk / chest of drawers etc.. No smoking in the house but there is a private back garden (and front).
