Short-term, unfurnished room in Hackney

We are looking for someone to fill one of our rooms for short term (min 2 weeks). Landlord is increasing rent and all current flatmates are moving out over the coming weeks. Short term can be turned into long term under new rent (1'200 ppm), if agreed with landlord.

The landlord is doubling rent at some point in April, so everyone is moving out in the coming weeks.

The room is available from 14 March and two weeks' rent plus deposit are due ahead of moving in date. The room is unfurnished.

THE FLAT:

We have a lovely double bedroom coming available in our gorgeous big 5 bedroom flat in London Fields.
The flat is a warehouse conversion so is super spacious. There is one very large kitchen living space, with the bedrooms situated directly off that. We also have a pool table and a wood burner.

Like the rest of the flat, the bedroom is large, has very high ceiling and a big window facing a quiet street. The room comes with some furniture.
There are two bathrooms which are shared between the housemates.

Bills are not included. Council Tax, Utilities & Wifi are split equally among housemates and work out roughly £80 each per month.

THE ROOM:

Spacious double with big window. The room comes completely unfurnished.

THE AREA:

The flat is very well situated: near London fields with its famous Broadway market and trendy cafes and restaurants. Victoria Park is few mins walk for the runners, super convenient; as well as the canal for a nice Sunday stroll. You get the idea: it's a great area!

THE FLATMATES & WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are in our 30s and although we are a fun loving, social, outgoing bunch, the flat is definitely not a party house, but very much a comfortable, relaxing, cosy home. We are currently all working from home, mostly in our own rooms.
