***Available Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri; *** spacious, quiet apartment set back from main roads & on the second floor with lift and bike storage. Looking for a professional male/female to share with sociable, fun & tidy landlord in her 40s.

Bedrooms separated by hallway and kitchen. Balcony with evening sun. The bedroom has two windows, double bed, drawer storage and rail. All windows are triple glazed, so cosy and quiet! Bills are included and my cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

It's not a party house, though I do have the occasional dinner party but normally at weekends when it wouldn't affect you. I'm often out in the evenings, though happy to be sociable when I'm in.

London Fields is the home of an open air swimming pool, tennis courts, joggers & dog walkers as well as the gateway to Broadway Market. Beautiful bakery (E5 Bakehouse), coffee places and restaurants - all a 3 minute walk from the flat. London Fields Overground Station is across the road giving you an 8 mins journey to Liverpool Street. Hackney Central is a 10 min walk away & bus stops are at the end of the road.

Local shops/supermarkets range from Organic grocery shop 4 mins walk to Sainsburys, Tesco & Aldi 7mins walk.

All in all, it's a great location and hopefully a lovely place to make your midweek home!
