The flat also comprises a large, high-ceilinged, shared living room with open kitchen (incl. kitchen island, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 ovens, gas hob.) shared bathroom, large garden (only for this flat), with veg and herbs and sunny terrace, communal secure bike storage.
Fibre broadband, sound system and TV licence. Large forecourt in front of the building (no permanent parking though) so the house is set back from Lower Clapton Road and is quiet.
The secluded room which has double glazing, comprises the following:

I am the owner and am self employed (film) and work from the property. I am looking for a professional person working 9-5 ish and not 100% from home.
There are, restaurants, cafes, delis and shops right outside the door. 10 minute walk to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs on the overground or the canal. There are 24/7 busses available just at the door making it easy to come and go to/from central London at any time.
