Double Room in an old shoe factory, Hackney

The room available is a double room. The room will come unfurnished. there is a big window that lets lots of natural light into the room, all the windows open to let fresh air in too. The room has natural wooden floor boards, which is nice.
The flat itself has a open plan kitchen area, washing area, a bathroom with a shower and bath. The internet has just been upgraded to a higher connection speed. The building its self was an old shoe factory which has been converted into 35 flats. There is building manger would takes care of repairs and maintenance on site.
Currently in the flat there is Verity, an actor who also works for Freddy's flowers. Marie, who is a journalist at the Economist. Alex has the ensuite room. Alex runs a photography studio in the building.
We would be looking for a relaxed and easy going person to take my place. someone who likes to cook and clean up of course. Everyone in the house is quite chilled, people bring their friends over for dinners.
