Double room in beautiful masionette flat w balcony

My girlfriend and I are looking someone (or a couple) to come and join us in our lovely new flat in the Textile Building in Hackney Central from the 1st of December. The room is a small double with access to a second room for storage (see photos and plan) along with sole use of a big bathroom. Rent is £900 (or 1100 as a couple) plus bills.

The flat is a furnished, split level flat on the top two floors of Textile Building, an old converted warehouse, with concierge and secure bike storage. On the lower floor it benefits from a lovely south west facing living room with ajoining kitchen (did we mention it has a built in wine chiller) a balcony and a downstairs loo, on the upper floor are the bedrooms, bathroom and storage cupboards.

We've previously lived in this building and are letting the flat through our old landlord who was great, no fees or paid ref checks- (just a deposit, approx £960).

I'm an architect and Steph works in advertising, we go to lots of gigs, the cinema, exhibitions, enjoy cooking, running in Vicky park and having a pint at the Chesham Arms. We're looking for a new room mate(s) who are up for chilling in the evening, sharing a dinner but also have their own lives that they enjoy.

The landlord is looking to sell the property but failed to sell 2 years ago (he has a firm price)- as the housing market has dipped and Brexit is still ongoing we think it is unlikely he will sell. If this did happen however we would have 2 months notice.
