Short term let in beautiful flat

Your bedroom.

Hi, I have a double room available until April 20th. It is a good size with a very comfortable king sized bed. The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian building, with very high (4 meter) ceilings, a south facing roof terrace where you can smoke if you like. It has wifi, cable television (freeview), dvd player, stereo with record player, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom with bath/shower, and a wood-burning stove. Also a piano and guitar. The let is until mid-April. I am quite tidy, laid-back, out quite a bit. I do work from home however, so it is probably better if you go out to work I listen to the radio (mostly radio 3, 6 or 4). I don't watch a lot of television but enjoy movies and the odd series, just prefer not having it as background. I sometimes have friends over but quite rarely, I am quite often out in the evenings and am generally quite relaxed. I like to meditate and am a vegetarian.
