The building

The flat is on the fourth floor of the modern and sought-after Pembury Circus. It’s a comfortable, calm place to live right next to Hackney Downs and Hackney Central overground stations. It’s perfectly located to enjoy all East London has to offer with London Fields, Broadway Market and Dalston all within walking distance.

THE SPARE ROOM
A spacious room with large mirrored wardrobes, double bed, shelves, bedside drawers and its own en-suite bathroom.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM
The communal kitchen/living room is fully furnished with a comfy sofa and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The balcony is west facing and so we are lucky to get lovely natural light in the afternoon/evenings.

RESIDENT BENEFITS
As a resident you have access to a lockable bike shed on the ground floor, a roof terrace, and a handy communal gym (there is also a new yoga studio that has recently opened). We have concierge at the bottom of our building from 7am-9pm which is really useful for parcel deliveries.

LOCATION
The flat is a two minute walk from Hackney Downs overground station from which you can get a 10 minute train to Liverpool Street. There are also multiple bus stops that means it’s never hard to get to where you want to go. Having said that, we have the best cafes, pubs, restaurants and bars in London so you won’t have to travel too far on the weekends. We also have the beautiful Victoria Park just down the road which is the perfect spot for jogging or meeting friends on a sunny evening.

ABOUT ME
I work as a lawyer for a television production company in Farringdon. I’m out some evenings during the week seeing films or playing sport, and on evenings in I enjoy watching TV, hanging out and cooking.
