We are looking for two people two finish building up our lovely 5-beds sharehouse, literally sat right on Millfields Park, Clapton.
We have 1 double bedroom (£560) immediately available (dates flexible).
About us:
At the moment we are 4 in the house (Rob, Bea, Charlotte and Lucinda). We are between 27 and 36, relaxed, fun, easy going, tidy people.
We work in film, TV and textile, all partially from home now.
2 lovely cats also live here on permanent furlough.... (expenses on me, Bea).
About the house:
The house is literally right on Millfields park. There's big living room connected with a large kitchen, a private garden, a toilet downstairs and a bathroom with the toilet and both bath and a shower on the second floor.
About the area:
It is a few steps away from all the shops, bars and market in Chatsworth Road and it is also minutes from Hackney Marshes and the Lea River.
10-15min walk to Homerton and Hackney Central
15-20min walk to London Fields and Victoria Park
The available rooms are semi-furnished and very bright.
