Are you looking for a place to call home in one of the most enviable locations in the Hipster Heartland of East London?

Due to the sad departure of our much loved house mate, we are looking for an emotionally intelligent, well rounded and kind individual to join us in what has become our home.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe in the room and there’s space for a daily yoga practice in the floor space that remains. It’s small, but perfectly formed.

There is plenty of space in the kitchen for home working. Both of us have access to office space, and spend most of the 'working' time there. So don't worry - you can have that work zoom meltdown in peace!

The flat itself is in a nice 1930’s apartment bloc equidistant between London Fields and Victoria Park. We are surrounded by great bars, restaurants and two of the most instagrammed weekend activities - Broadway Market (Saturday) and Columbia Road Flower Market (Sunday). Things have begun to open up again and the sense of community is wonderful!

If you are new to London and want to throw yourself into life here, this would be a perfect landing pad.

Incredibly connected via bus and tube links, depending on your preferred mode of travel you can leave the front and be in in regent street sipping latte (sorry... flat white) in 30 minutes. There are also several city “escape routes” if you need some cows and fields of wheat...

We need you to be personable, socially liberal and wanting to contribute to this space as a home. You also need to be secure in paying rent on time (alas, there’s a story there...), mindful of the washing up and just an all round good egg.

The room is available from the 14th November and we will be having viewings asap!
