Double Room - Hackney (London Fields).

Hello,

We have 2 double rooms up for rent in our friendly house share!

Bedroom 2 and 3 in in the floor plan picture.

The rent is £850pcm which is all bills included and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The room is available from the 20th and 30th of October 2020.

Ideally minimum 6/7 months, with possible extension if we both enjoy living together. No prisoners' here.

Our contracts are month rolling, so can do shorter terms if you'd like. It's all pretty flexible so if you think you are the right fit for the house I'm sure we could work something out.

About Us:

The other two girls are moving out to live with their boyfriends, sad times. But in the flat you have myself and Joe. I'm Anna 26 and I work in paid media. Joe 29, works as a freelance graphic designer. We love festivals, music, travelling, outdoor sports including bouldering/skiing, big foodie and winey, always up for a night out but also really do enjoy nights in watching films and over indulging.

We are looking for a friendly easy going professional, who gets along with our vibe to join our flat... And doesn't have a phobia of tortoises.

About the area:

The building is 5 minutes walk to Hackney Central, where you can get into the city pretty easy or out to Hackney Wick and Stratford in under 10 minutes.

Don't fancy the overground and underground. The area is supported by multitude of bus routes to go everywhere.

We are also under 10 minute walk to London fields and Hackney Downs so you have the pick of the parks!

We are spoilt and surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs and markets, so there is plenty to do - even in lockdown.
