Hackney cozy room available

Hey there!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into a single room in our lovely three bedroom flat in Hackney/Homerton from December 28th 2020. However if interested, we could arrange an earlier move in date, according to the convenience of each party. The flat is bright and sunny. It was recently fully renovated and refurbished, and we all chip in to keep it clean and tidy.

The room is bright and cozy. It comes unfurnished. In case you are interested, there might be a chance to keep the furniture the previous flatmate has bought for the room.

The living room is cozy, bright and spacious, perfect for hanging out and spending some quality time between flatmates.

The house has one bathroom with a bath tube and it has a washing machine.

The kitchen is fairly big, furnished with a fridge, freezer and enough utensils to cook your delicious meals.

The flat is 5 minutes walking distance from Homerton overground station, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park and London Fields. The transport connections work pretty well and all the busses around the area will bring you to Oxford Circus, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore, we are located next to very nice cafes, small restaurants, supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl and Iceland), etc...

Rent & Bills
The price for the room amounts to 520 pounds with bills excluded.

The bills amount roughly to 80 pounds, including water, gas and electricity, Internet and council tax.

The deposit account si £635.

A little bit about ourselves and what we are looking for

We are two lovely girls, Giorgia and Juliana. We are young professionals who enjoy a chill atmosphere at home, playing board games, such as UNO and chess, and we are looking for a new competitor who could beat our records.
