Furnished with a double bed and mattress and dresser. It has original features and is a large double - so perfect if you're still working from home.

The house is a lovely large Victorian property with all of its original features restored and well kept. It includes:
- A basement / laundry area
- A kitchen with a 5 burner stove, double oven, relevant mod cons, and dining table
- Garden area
- Lounge with TV etc. + another dining table
- Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located in the two top stories

The housemates are friendly with a range of interests (running, reading, film, food, travel) and so we are looking for someone who is very much the same. We've all done lockdown together and so are respectful of everyone's space and downtime and value keeping the vibe light. While everyone has their own things going on, we've enjoyed having kitchen chats and coming together for movie nights or shared meals and wine.

The ideal person to take the room would be kind, chilled out, clean and considerate, preferably around 30+ (although we're open to considering mature souls), and someone who values living harmoniously.

Rent is £730.67 and bills are approx £95-85 (depending on the season/lockdown living) including water, gas and electric, broadband and council tax. Move in date can be negotiated earlier if need be.
