Two bedrooms available in a spacious room. Two large windows that overlook a quiet side street. The rooms are furnished with a bed and wardrobe (and the landlord is accommodating for adding or removing any pieces). The conveniently adjoining bathroom has been recently renovated, and includes a shower, toilet and sink.

The room has no ensuite but is above the main bathroom that essentially becomes that rooms bathroom (rent will be split accordingly)

Council tax is £150 split three ways. Bills usually come to around £100 a month.

The flat has a kitchen and living room on the ground floor with the three bedrooms above. Each one has their own bathroom.

Although the flat is located off the main road, it is still very close to many shops and grocery stores (Tesco, Sainbury's, Co-op, M&S are all within 10 min walk). When things open back up soon, there are many great pubs and cafes nearby too.
Hackney Downs is the closest park, less than 5 minutes walk up the street, but London Fields and Millfields Park are about 15 minutes walk as well.

For transport, Hackney Downs (brings you straight into Liverpool St. Station) and Hackney Central are less than 10 minutes walk. Several handy bus routes are also very close by (38, 55, 242 and many more).

The current flatmate is chap in his late early 30s who is super easy to live with and sociable. One is Aussie and a chef for a restaurant in Shoreditch.

The landlord oversees a few properties in the area and has his office nearby. He is very responsive should you have any requests or questions.
