Cool house in Hackney

Hi everyone here we go again.. had very bad luck with people dropping out. Looking for two people to move in with me in Hackney.

I'm staying on another year in my place in Hackney and need to find someone to fill two rooms as my friends have moved out. Place is amazing! A semi-detached small 2 floor house with a big living room into a nice kitchen even into a little conservatry into a lovely garden all pristine and modern with all working appliances that actually dont break on you. Note both rooms are doubles but the cheaper one doesn't have room for a desk. The house as a whole is beautiful and there's alot of room downstairs for storage. Its located on lower clapton road really close to hipster hackney which we can actually enjoy now post lockdown...

Rent for two rooms are 630/670 bills come to roughly another 50. I am already at the property as a tenant and the contract has already started as of August 14th. You willl need to pay a 5 weeks deposit ontop of the first months rent when you move in. (Note if you move in this month then you'll just pay from when you move in I wont backdate it.) Pref people who can move in sooner but in a few weeks fine too.

I've been working over lockdown as a primary school teaching assistant in year 3 since october before that a care worker...all the fun lockdown jobs... but I've just broken up and am either going back into museum education or doing guitar lessons and tutoring for kids. looking for people I can get along with who dont mind me playing the odd bit of guitar. Other than that Im pretty laid back.
Oh and I'm vegan but I dont care what you eat as I have my own seperate minifridge and pans.
