Bright flat in Hackney with balcony and large room

I am looking to rent one of the rooms in the flat for a maximum of 3 months. The reason for this is because the flat will likely be sold by the end of September.

First room (rented):
the room comes fully furnished. If you want things taken out of the room or added that is possible (the landlord is amazing). It has a large double bed and big window. Build in wardrobe (extra wardrobe can be added). Some of the extras are a fan and tv which can also be used as a monitor if you are working from home.

Second room (New):
Slightly smaller room which will have a wardrobe (one of the two in the living room picture) by your move in date and can get you a bed frame. Just got a brand new mattress, yes even for a 3 months stay. It is south facing so has the sun for most of the day and is also facing the communal garden so it’s very quiet.

The flat:
The flat has a balcony which is south facing and overlooks the communal garden. There is a large living room, a refurbished kitchen, one bathroom/toilet .
There are 3 rooms in the flat.

All bills are included and there is a cleaner that comes bi weekly.

The flat is located in hackney. It is 5 min walk from the overground at hackney central, homerton or London fields (30min to Oxford Circus/ 10min to shoreditch)

Me and new tenant:

I am a 24y professional who works with a technology startup. I am very international and from England/France/Bahamas. I love cycling, technology, exploring London, and eating good food.

The new tenant is in his 20s, working for a startup on the engineering side. He is from Scotland and is very friendly, clean and social when not at work. Works at the office for most of the day.

You:

Someone that is clean and considerate of other flatmates. I am working from home and often have meetings so all I would ask is to have a quiet flat during weekly working hours (9-5). I am open to all people and love different cultures. If you want to have friends over that is not a problem.
