Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room at our large warehouse in Hackney. The household is friendly, fun and creative.

The housemates: Iona (makes carpets), Odie ( Depop programmer), Laura (speech therapy student), Martin (musician) & Vicky (film & TV) Friends are welcome, and we all regularly hang out for dinners, movie nights, runs, yoga and pub outings- but there is no pressure to socialise. We keep the place tidy with a weekly rota.

The room is in a 7-bedroom 3000 sqf London Fields warehouse flat.

- Rent is £950 pcm, available from July 9th.

Since my moving date is a little into the month, assuming your comfortable with the move date, your first months rent will be £674.

The bedroom going is a spacious double room with LOTS of storage space. I currently have my clothes on a rail in front of my bed, but clothes storage could easily be moved to the side of the room using floor to ceiling rails to increase space.

The 2000sqf (3m ceiling) living area has plenty of natural light which makes it suitable for photoshoots or any other creative projects + we all have workstations. Possible to work from home with your own desk by a window.

- 2 bathrooms (1 with shower/1 with bathtub)
- 2 washing machines + 2 Tumble dryers
- A kitchen with a huge 6-ring gas hob/double oven and enough work surfaces for everyone to cook at the same time
- Communal roof terrace - lots of summer parties and BBQs

- Dogs/cats are considered.
