Victorian house on quiet road in Victoria Park Village. No Bedroom is a large double on the top floor. House has 2 bathrooms, you'd be sharing the smallest bathroom with one other person.

Bills are including, uncluding good quality broadband and an amazing cleaner that comes every two weeks. We also tend to buy together toiletries and some kitchen stuff but I would be taking care of that on my abscence. You wouldn't need to worry about anything.

Fabulous garden, living room and conservatory all dowsntairs away from the rooms and bathrooms. Conservatory doors separate it from the living room and can be used to entertain while others use kitchen and living room.

Bedroom available is shown in the photos, it comes furnished.

Housemates get on super well and regularly cook/hang out together. We are very home proud and like to keep things tidy and clean. Ages ranging from 25-39, one working in Fundraising for Battersea and a massage therapist/tattoo artist. All major foodies and would love someone to be keen on house dinners! Also pets are very welcome! We are very chilled and you will have the shared spaces almost to yourself often.
