We have an amazing decent size double room available in our 3 bedroom flat close to Victoria Park, just a couple of minutes walk from Homerton Overground Station and with many bus connections.

The room is available the 1st of December and comes half furnished.

We share a lovely communal living space, kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful terrace ready for paellas. The building has a private storage room for bicycles at ground floor.

The flat is on the third floor so it is super bright and warm. The sunset light is one of the best things of the flat.

We are looking for young COUPLES to share with another Spanish couple. As the flat is a 3 bed, it means that there is one spare bedroom that we use for storage, visits and to make life easier in the flat.

About us, we are in different fields | architecture, bartending, filming and photography. We are social, very clean and respectful people. We love living here and we are looking for someone that will fit into the current house dynamic well. We are a very easy going couple and we love to meet new people and making new friends.

Bills are not included but normally cost 80£ per person each month.

We are looking to start having viewings over the next few weeks and we can go virtual if necessary.
