Room for rent in Hackney

HELLO! We are three people who would like someone to join us living in our quite nice house which is in Hackney.

We are Will (26, pleasant, full of laughs etc), Rob (34, ok) and Pippa (26, woman, also ok). The house is good; it's well located, about 6-7 minutes from Hackney Central and Homerton Overground stations, about 20 minutes from central London. The locale is resplendent with many pubs and little supermarkets for if you like grocery shopping etc.

We're all pals and it would be great to have someone come in who would also become our pal. Will and Pippa work in theatre, Rob is a journalist. We are quite good company and I'm not just saying that because we (urgently, at all costs) need someone to fill the room.

We're open to anyone, M or F (and/or G or B or T or Q), roughly within our age range (26-34), any kind of background, profession etc.

Rent is 570/month, plus bills (which aren't loads because it's between four and the house is well insulated etc) and due to a cyber attack on the computer systems of Hackney Council we have not been charged council tax in the 12 months we have lived here. It's available from 21 December.

So please, if you would like somewhere to live, our door is open (figuratively. Literally we keep it closed).
