Double room in friendly house in Homerton/Hackney

Hello!

We are looking for someone to join our lovely flat on the 18th of January :)

(Bills are not included in the rent price, the monthly average is about £60-£140 season depending).

Upfront costs are:
Rent: £595.00 (pro-rata depending on date moved in)
Deposit: £600

We are a bunch of friends that are Irish/kiwi, French, English living in a 4 story, 5 bedroom flat (2 bathrooms). We all have our own things going on but love to chill and watch movies together, cook dinners and go to the pub for a drink and hangouts.

The flat itself is a little rough around the edges but we all respect each other's space and are tidy and clean, we also have a clearer that comes once a week on Wednesdays. We have a shared living room and an outdoor backyard which is fantastic over the summer months (cement sadly but with a table and bbq!).

The room will be rented unfurnished but is definitely suitable for a double bed.

The flat is a lovely property just is in need of some TLC but at least the rent is on the lower side for the area. We are just off Well st. and Mare St and have lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We are 1 minute walk from Tesco and 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and 7 mins walk from London Fields. We are 7 minutes walk from Homerton station and the 26 night bus is on the end of our road. (Also the 388 and 425.)

We are looking for someone who will be here longer term and who is happy to sign the lease with us which is being renewed in March.

We all also have quite a bit of friends/family travelling through London who stay every once in a while so we are all always up for meeting new people ect!

The move-in date is currently 18th Jan. We are interested in showing the place ASAP so if you are interested please PM and we can begin booking times.

Money info:
Room: £596 per month
Bond: £600 per month (one time fee to agent)
Agency reference fee: £50 (one time fee to agent)
Bills owed to leaving tenant: 1st quartly bill for water £20.17 which is calculated for the move it date of Jan 18th going forward. :)
