Sally and I (Vicky) are looking for someone to join our 3bed 2ba house in a peaceful private square 5 mins from hackney central station. we have a lovely private garden and a bigger communal garden, perfect for summer.
10 min walk from Broadway market, 20 min walk from Victoria park. it's a perfect location close to loads of pubs bars and charity shops yet secluded enough it feels like home.

the room is £880pcm without bills (bills are around £100 on top) available from 15th march. the room is ✨cosy✨ I must admit, with built in storage in the corridor for clothes. there is also space for 2x chest of drawers / clothes rail in the hallway outside the room if needed. the bed is a small double. however, we love chilling out in the lounge watching TV and yapping so it's communal vibes!! there is lots of space in the lounge for a desk for you to WFH. we both WFH in our rooms so the lounge is all yours 🫶🏻

-5 min walk to Hackney Central (Mildmay Line)
-10 mins to Hackney Downs (Weaver Line)
-5 mins to mare street, big Tesco, picturesque church and green spaces. Also lots of bus routes.

A bit about us:
Vicky, 27, works as an insurance data analyst. in the office 2/3 times a week. I love coffee, knitting, and doing various other crafts in front of some trash telly, running (currently training for my 2nd marathon!), hiking, charity shopping, a pint of Guinness at the pub, and I've recently gotten into wild camping! I'm veggie too so bonus if you know some good tofu recipes !!

Sally, 27, works in Asset Management. in the office in Canary Wharf 3x week. I love the outdoors, yoga, vintage shopping, live music, houseplants, and trying out new veggie spots around London. I travel fairly often with work so love to come back to our zen home to unwind.
