Double room available in a lovely flat near London Fields. We are looking for a good natured housemate to share a tidy apartment. The rooms are well priced for the area and provide a perfect opportunity to live in vibrant Hackney.

We are both 30, Faen works in a plant store
and Olivia is a speech therapist in primary schools

The kitchen dining area and bathroom (w/ bathtub) are both modern and well kept. The kitchen and hallway (not pictured) have been freshly painted this summer light grey and white respectively.

The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a closet. There is additional storage space in the hallway.

Mare Street is moments away with lots of restaurants (esp. Vietnamese) and bars including the infamous (yet unvisited) Dolphin. We are generally well situated here between Bethnal Green and Hackney Central with Dalston slightly further out.

Victoria Park and London Fields are both nearby.

Our nearest station is the London Fields Overground, but Bethnal Green Underground is a short bus ride or 15-minute walk away. While Hackney Central is a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction.
