Large double in homely terraced house with garden

Looking for the 4th person in our new houseshare!

We are 3 new junior doctors (Gemma, 25, Raman, 25 & Rachel, 32) with an offer accepted on a beautiful house near Homerton. Sadly the original 4th housemate dropped out for family reasons, so we are urgently hoping to find a replacement.

As a property it is a dream house with a palm tree out the front, equal sized bedrooms, lots of storage space and a cute garden that comes with a barbecue! The high quality of the furniture and furnishings also really stands out.

The landlady is lovely, used to live there herself so really cares about the property. She is also open to pets! We haven't chosen rooms yet so they're all up for grabs.

A friendly atmosphere is important, we'd love a housemate who is interested in hanging out together in the evenings (our rotas are actually pretty normal!). Planning on having lots of plants, we are friendly, sociable and relaxed, and hope to hear from you!
