Double Room in a Beautiful Hackney Homeshare

Double room available in a beautiful and modern house-share as Gill is moving out having bought somewhere. The house is on a quiet street in Homerton but there are lots of shops, pubs, cafes & restaurants nearby (the Adam & Eve is our local!). It's also perfectly situated near Hackney Central, Clapton, and Chatsworth Rd and surrounded by green space. Hackney marshes, Wick Woodlands, Lea Valley and Victoria Park are all a short walk away!

The room is bright and comes with a double bed (that includes storage) and a wardrobe. There's also lots of shared storage space. The house is big, airy and clean with a spacious lounge/dining room and French doors leading to a large garden (where we've been growing some veg!) There are 2 bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. We have a cleaner every fortnight. Bills are £90 pcm per person and the contract is for 1 year (Sept-Sept).

We're a very friendly & chilled household and enjoy hanging out together, including the occasional meal and board game. Matt (38) is a Uni lecturer and plays guitar in a band. Freya (28) is a copywriter and is into running and travel. Elise (30) is a programme manager for a charity and is always up for an after work drink or boardgame evening!

There may be some flexibility in the move-in date.
The landlord has put up the rent by £32 per person per month from September 2022.
