My partner and I are sadly leaving this wonderful sunny home in Hackney Wick. The house offers two spacious double bedrooms, one being a bit larger than the other. There are also 1.5 bathrooms, a very spacious bright, and airy living room, a separate kitchen, and a lovely garden accessed through the living room. There's ample space for storage, but should extra storage space be required, attic space and an outside shed are available. The house will be partially furnished, there will be one double bed in each room, a couple of small tables, a big coffee table in the living room, as well a chest of drawers in the bigger bedroom. The heating works very well and the house is very warm during winter while being quite breezy during the summer.

The area is well connected to transportation links, there's a bus not even a minute away from the front door of the house that'll easily take you to central London, and the overground through Hackney Wick station is a lovely 5-minute stroll away, Stratford station/Westfield Mall is a 20-minute bus ride away, or one-stop away on the overground. London Fields and Broadway Market are a short bus ride away as well.

The neighborhood is very welcoming, with lots of cute cafes, cozy yoga studios, vintage stores, and pubs scattered around including the yard, which offers a variety of interesting venues. Additionally, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Victoria Park, Hackney marshes as well the scenic canal pathways, and Here East are all around a 10-minute walk away from the house.

The rent will be:
-785 GBP PCM from the larger double bedroom.
-765 GBP PCM for the other double bedroom.
-Bills are not included, but they come up to around 40-70 per person for a three-person share, but it is highly dependant on the season, how much heat is being used, and such.

The property is available NOW for couples, buddy-ups, single tenants, but it would be very convenient to snatch up for anyone looking to moving with a friend considering the great location and price.
