Bright & cosy double in canalside flat

Hi!

Our lovely flatmate Leila moved out pre lockdown to move closer to work, so we’re looking for someone new to move in with us! Looking for someone who’s after a home, not just a room 😊

The room is a small bright double which comes with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and bookshelf - so basically everything you need! It gets tons of sunlight and is really cute and cosy.

It’s a light and airy 3 bed flat (with stairs!) which you’d be sharing with Lauren & Chloe - we’re both 27 and pretty chilled and normal really, Lauren works in fashion and I'm a graphic designer. We love a good catchup in the lounge over some wine and snacks with some trashy tv (love a crime doc or some good old love island) but equally have our own things going on.

The flat's in a quiet and safe gated square by the canal, about a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station. We have a communal BBQ area/canalside terrace right outside which is great for drinks in the summer. Stratford is a few mins away on the overground (or 15 min walk) for Central and Jubilee lines/Westfield, and Highbury & Islington is 10 mins in the other direction for the Victoria line, we’re also close to buses to Shoreditch and the city. There’s loads of great restaurants and bars within minutes, a gym just around the corner & couldn’t be closer to the Olympic park and Victoria park (5 mins walk) which have been a lifesaver during lockdown!

The boring stuff - the room is available from July 1st but could be slightly flexible to mid-July if needed for the right person, rent is £620 plus bills which usually come to around £85 ish a month and the deposit is £876.

Looking to sort viewings ASAP, we're free every evening, would prefer to do viewings (socially distanced!) in person if possible but open to video viewings.
