I'm looking for a couple or a young professional to share this beautiful house with me over the next year. My current housemates (a couple) are moving on, and I'm looking for chilled people to join the tenancy and share the bills, and joy of living here!

Comes with afternoon sun, an extra bathroom with bath and shower, bright and airy common spaces (living room, dining room/workspace) a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious three-tiered Japanese-inspired garden. [Fun fact: the landlady is trained in feng shui].

If you're working from home, the dining room is a nice space to focus between 9-5. In the garden you'll find a breakfast table and vegetable patch where you can grow veg for your cooking – for the summer times we've got a BBQ too 🍻

The room comes with a whole wall of in-built storage, more than enough for a couple.

The terraced Victorian house is in a great location, wedged between Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. You won't be short of green space: as well as having the People's Park right outside your front door, Regents Canal, Hackney Marshes, Olympic Park and Lea Valley are all within 10 minute's walk.

About me:
I'm Tony, 34, an arts producer/curator working for museums, galleries and festivals. I work from home but travel a lot for work and pleasure (when allowed!) I'm pretty chilled and looking for people who want to live in a friendly house share, equally happy to have a glass of wine or a shared meal/BBQ whist doing your own thing day to day.
