Sunny solo studio on the Canal of Hackney Wick!

*PLEASE READ AD BEFORE RESPONDING!*

Hello, I will be gone for minimum of 4 months (possibly a bit longer), and subletting out my peaceful, sunny studio on the canal of Hackney Wick, with AMAZING skyline views!!! Built in floor heating (included in rent) is a great luxury for the winter :)

YOU- I am seeking someone who is responsible, clean, peaceful, and will treat this like a sanctuary. The floors are white concrete and dirty easily, and some of my personal items (with space made for yours ofcourse) will be here so I really need someone to take care of and honor the space.

RENT and BILLS- Rent is 1300, deposit is 1300. True to legal price (London is expensive, don't shoot the messenger, but you do have great views here lol). Deposit returned at the end.
BILLS- Electric meter is down the hall. I pay about 50 p a month for electricity, and I'm home often. 30 for wifi or you can use the hotspot on your phone with an unlimited plan.

AREA- We are above and around many cafes, bars, restaurants, and 4 minutes walking to Hackney Wick station (no noise from the trains though, thankfully). It's quite peaceful and convenient here.

AMENITIES- Studio comes with full furnish; bed, self kitchen with little electric pad for cooking, portable 'over', microwave, clothing rack, bathroom. fridge, washing machine. THERE IS NO DESK.

YOU AND YOUR EMAIL- Please tell me about yourself in your email; how long you need the flat for/if you can stay the whole term and secure rent, your job, your daily routine, hobbies, your living situation, etc etc. I would prefer to find someone who can pay atleast half the deposit by November, to secure the spot, as my November month is going to be very busy and I won't be in town half the time, and I can't worry about someone pulling out last minute.
