We are looking for an open, relaxed and sociable person to join our community space. We welcome all genders & orientations.
There are 5 of us sharing the warehouse currently from the UK and there are other warehouse live/work units within the same building and everyone is very friendly and sociable. We have a house cat called Saphy who loves cuddles :)
We have a lovely bar downstairs that host events throughout the week and we have access to a communal terrace on the canal-side.
The room is small! It has a mattress upstairs and downstairs a walk-in cupboard for storage. The room comes with a mattress, bedside table and some storage furniture. The room has no window.
We also have a communal storage area for bigger items if needed. If you have your own furniture this is okay too and feel free to decorate or paint your room as you like to express yourself!
As this is a warehouse the walls are thin and sound does travel. A pair of earplugs does the trick if you are easily disturbed by noise, but please bear this in mind when considering this space.
The bills are £60-80 per month on top of the rent and this includes a cleaner twice per month. The room is available from 18th of april
