We have 2 double rooms available in this lovely 3 bedroom flat in Haggerston. The flat has two bathrooms, a large shared storage, an open kitchen with spacious living room and a south facing balcony. Situated in the top floor of a modern secured building, the building has concierge and an internal communal garden.

The flat, including the room, is fully furnished and comes with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.

The building is next to Regents Canal. We are located less than 10 minutes walk to Broadway Market and London Fields, 10 minutes walk to Columbia Market and 20 minutes walk to Shoreditch where you can find plenty of bars, cafes and boutique shops. Haggerston Park is directly opposite, and Victoria Park is a 15 minute walk along the canal.

About us:
You would be living with a Canadian/French professional, who enjoys a relatively quiet, calm house. Antoine enjoys cooking, sports and travelling.
We are looking for 2 likewise professionals who would be calm, clean and sociable but also enjoy their own space. The bathroom will be shared between the two new housemates, because Antoine has an en-suite.

Both rooms are available from 1st October, but the move in date is flexible (one room will be vacant from 26th September). We directly deal with the landlord.

There is a deposit of £1,200 protected under DPS. The bills fluctuate but add up to roughly £70 per person per month.
