Light airy, extra large double in beautiful home

I have a beautiful, spacious and clean 3 bedroom home on a quiet residential street in Hainault. I live here with my 5 year old daughter.

Room is approx 11ft x 11ft and has fitted wardrobes so lots of space for double bed, plus a desk and chair.

The location is 6 mins walk from Hainault tube station which is on the central line. This will take you into Stratford in 20 mins, Liverpool Street In 35 and central London in 45 mins. It would suit someone that works in the city, east London or locally in ilford/Romford.

There are lots of local amenities near by in Manford Way as well as being a stones throw away from Hainault forest, Fairlop waters and open fields at Penrith park.

I’m hoping to find a female lodger to rent the large double. The room has recently been decorated and is light, airy with beautiful views of the garden. I’m adding the finishing touches and will be offering the room furnished with double bed. There are built in wardrobes which offer great storage.

The renter would have full access to kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower, 2 living spaces and a large garden. I’d want whoever moves here to feel at home and feel comfortable to use all areas of the home as there is more than enough space.

My daughter goes to bed at 8pm most evenings. It’s would be an advantage if the person has some experience with children.

The price includes all bills, WiFi, sky, Netflix, amazon prime, Disney plus and full use of washing machine.

I’m have previously hosted a lovely young women from Poland. She was new to London so has stayed with me for 9 months whilst she finds her feet in a new city.

My second lodger was new to London and moved from France to my home. She moved in sept 2019 was with me for a year whilst working as a teacher at the local secondary school.
