We are looking for somebody to move into the single bedroom in our flat. The room is priced at £520 per a month (bills not included) with access to a large bathroom, kitchen and rooftop balcony which we occasionally have barbecues on. The flat is 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith station and 2 minutes from a Tesco super store. There are numerous local coffee shops, takeaways, bars, gyms etc.
We are looking for someone to take over the room from the 1st of April.
The current flat mates are all post graduate females aged 22-30. We all take our studies and work seriously, but enjoy the occasional glass of wine and beer for socialising.
More about the Room: it has a single bed, comas wardrobe, mirror, shelves, chair and clothing hanger. The room was originally unfurnished so you are welcome to do as you wish with the furniture.
