Large double room for rent in Hammersmith just 30 seconds walk from the shops, 5 minutes from the tube (Piccadilly, District, Circle & Hammersmith & City lines) and bus station, 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Ravenscourt Park. £850 a month for the room and £100 for all bills (council tax, heating, water, electricity, wifi etc).

The two bed flat has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and toilet, as well as a big, newly-decorated living room. There are also two small balconies for catching the sun all day round. The room is large, bright, spacious and fully-furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and a bed side table.

I'm off travelling for a year from the end of March, so looking for someone great to move in to enjoy the flat and look after the place with our current flatmate James. James is 29, really friendly and cooks a mean meal. He works in education, runs gym classes part time and is a valuable member of any pub quiz team.
