Great home, epic garden, and better housemates!

I'm deeply saddened having to leave this amazing home of nearly 3 years, but this means there's a spot up for grabs in our fantastic home in this golden corner of Hammersmith! We are a very sociable bunch, and our house is very much a home! Location, access and amenities make this a fantastic find.

Less then 10 min walk from Hammersmith tubes, Boris bikes (and a pub) on the corner, the river and Tesco less than 100m away, we reckon we have it made!

3 level house, with 4 rooms (Two guys, 2 girls) 1 massive bathroom shared by 3, an extra down stairs loo and 1 room with an ensuite, the lower level is a full open plan kitchen lounge and dining room with full french doors to the garden! We have a kitchen island/breakfast bar too, it's awesome - and we just built an outdoor bar.

Bills include electricity, water, council, WiFi and cleaner once a week. Roughly £80 a month, obviously increasing slightly in winter(We are looking to change cleaner so this should come down)

We have a room available on the first floor, big windows with loads of light with a private door and stairwell to the garden! Preferably looking for a dude to keep the balance in the house and
as I will be emigrating there are a few additions to come with the room for which price can be negotiated. There is a large wardrobe, bed side table, fan and mirror(All as seen in the pictures).

Move in date is flexible in the last weekend of October
