About The house:
Bright and spacious, it is the perfect place to call home. A big living room with TV/licence, 4 rooms, large dining room/kitchen downstairs, bathroom to share with 2 other people, a utility room with washing machine and top-notch dryer + a small garden and little terrace.
Everything you will need for cooking/cleaning is already there.
About The room:
Largest room on the 2nd floor overlooking the street, with double bed and the biggest wardrobes in the house. You will have your own ensuite with shower and huge mirror. The room is a real great deal in the heart of Fulham/West Brompton.

About the housemates:
3 professionals (2 girls, 1 boy), we are relax and easygoing, quite busy but love hanging around the house too and would preferably like to share with like-minded outgoing people who enjoy cooking, working out, pretty relax during the week but loving the occasional house dinner. People who would be up to try the nearby bunch of restaurants as well when circumstances will finally allow!
The area:
5-10 min from both West Kensington and West Brompton stations, a short walk to buzzing Fulham Broadway. Lots of buses as well: 28, 430, 74, 211, 14, 414.... Everything you would wish to have nearby from grocery stores (coop, tesco and waitrose less than 5 min away), off-licenses in case you're running late and both Virgin Active and Easy Gym around the corner.

The room is to rent from the start of December.
Room 1: £860 pcm + bills (£120-130) which include broadband, cleaner, house amenities/cleaning products & council tax.
