This is a double bedroom within a 4-bedroom house, in a quiet residential spot near Hammersmith.

You'll be sharing with three professional guys in their early thirties. They like sports, videogames and chilling in the living room over a beer and a takeaway.

The house has 4 floors. There are 2 bathrooms with 3 showers, 2 shared living rooms (1 on the ground floor, 1 in the basement used as a games room), a study for home working also used as a gym, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private rear garden.

The room is on the top floor and comes furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a built-in cupboard with shelves. There is also plenty more storage space in the rest of the house.

It's within walking distance of West Kensington (7 mins), Barons Court (8 mins) and West Brompton (12 mins) stations. Hammersmith station can be reached by a 20 minute walk, or by riding the Tube 1 stop west from Barons Court, and Central London is 20-25 minutes by Tube from any of these stations.

North End Road is round the corner, with various shops, takeaways/restaurants, and is host to a fresh food market on the weekend. You can find a large Waitrose and a large Tesco both within 15 minutes of walking.

The room is available from 9th January, and the contract runs until late September.
