Located close to Brook Green, halfway between Shepherd's Bush & Hammersmith stations (both 10 min walk). Also 10 mins from Goldhawk Road.

4 bedroom house - other 3 housemates are all professionals. 2 female, 1 male. English & Italian. All lovely, clean, sociable and up for sharing a wine or takeaway!

Private landlady is really helpful and quick to respond to any issues. She requires £800 deposit and rent is £650 per month which includes council tax. Other bills (electricity, gas & sky) come to £50 per month.

1 main bathroom with shower & bath and 1 downstairs loo.

Tons of storage in the room, 2 huge built in wardrobes! All furniture apart from dressing table included.

No minimum term, you can just give 1 month notice and replace yourself.

The area is great, 5 min walk to a big Tesco and 3 min walk to a little Sainsbury's open until 11pm.
