We are on the lookout for a new person to take up a room in our 4 bed house in Hammersmith.

The house itself is huge! We have a living room/common area with couches, tv and coffee table as well as a large kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven/stove, new washing machine and ample cupboard space. The kitchen also leads out into a private garden.

Your room is small but super cosy. Suitable for a single person, the room comes with a single bed and loads of storage space as well as a bedside table and full length mirror. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others which includes bath, shower, sink and 2 huge mirrors.

The house is an old Victorian house with loads of character and really feels like a home as opposed to a 'just a space to stay'. It's not a modern house and has its quirks but this adds to its character and makes for amazing value for the location.

Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City Lines) – 10 mins
Hammersmith High Street – 10 mins
River Thames – 5 mins
Charing Cross Hospital – 5 mins
Fulham Football Club – 7 mins
Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose (all small/express shops) – 2 mins
BBC – 25 mins
Westfield Shepherds Bush – 20 mins

Your housemates are Mike, Holly and Emma. All in our early-30's, Mike works in tourism, Holly in tv and Emma in finance. All super friendly and welcoming :)

The rent for the room is £430 a month plus bills. The bills come to approximately £120 per person a month.

We are looking for someone (male or female) who meets the following criteria:

• Same age-range of late-20’s to early-30’s
• Happy to commit for at least 12 months
• Works full time (no students or shift workers please)
• Has reliable record of house-sharing
• Will appreciate the age and quirks of the house
• Sociable and happy to hang out but is not a ‘party person’
