En-suite double room available in spacious flat

Hi, I’m Emma, I’m 31 and I work in Communications.

I have a double room available in my beautiful, spacious flat in Hammersmith. The flat is located close to amenities, the river and Ravenscourt Park. Only a short walk to King Street and Hammersmith station.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath in a mansion house block on a quiet road. The room is unfurnished, apart from a large wardrobe. There is on street parking available.

Bills aren't included in the rent but come to roughly £150 a month each, including high-speed internet.

I am very easy going, clean and respectful. Love having a good laugh and relaxing in the evenings with some good food and finding a new tv series to binge. I’m also up for a drink in the local pub or going for a walk on the weekends. I work from home occasionally but no more than 2 days a week.

I'm looking for someone who wants to call the flat home. Not suitable for someone working from home full-time.
