The room with an ensuite shower room is spacious and bright on the top (3rd) floor of a luxury home 2 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground stations with its 4 underground lines and a dozen bus routes. The river with its paths and pubs is less than 10 minutes on foot. The £850 per month is inclusive of bills and once a week simple room cleaning. You will have access to the large and well-appointed kitchen-dining room (see photos).

The room is available shortly but it is also fine to start in September for those looking ahead. Available for viewing with photo ID. If you are offered the room and wish to take it up, you need to provide the photo page of your passport, plus a copy of your current employment contract and landlord's reference, both of which with verifiable details.
