My current flatmate is moving on to pastures new so I will have a spacious double bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Queen’s Club Gardens available from 1 December. I will be staying on in the flat which I've lived in for over 3 years. This is a female flatshare only - sorry guys!

The room comes fully furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress and plenty of storage (two chest of drawers, two tall wardrobes and bedside table). You will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with only one other person in this tidy 2 bedroom flat.

As a resident of Queen’s Club Gardens, you will have access to a residents-only private garden with tennis courts.

Would suit a professional and quiet person. No live-in boyfriends/girlfriends please! Work from homers are welcome and the utilities will be adjusted accordingly. A cleaner is scheduled every second Thursday so the flat must be vacated on this day (for 3 hours).

Rent is £845pcm plus £145pcm for bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and high speed wifi). The deposit is £975.
