Great double en-suite 5 min from 4 tube lines!

Hi! We are two Spanish girls (25 and 31) searching for a flatmate for a double bed en-suit room in Hammersmith from the 27th of July!

Price: £751/month plus bills (around £85).

We are only 5 min min walk from 4 tube lines (picadilly, district, Hammersmith and city and circle lines) and the bus station.

Its a lovely area 3 min walking from the river, in front of a small park and with few pubs around. We live on the high street, but the double glazing windows don't let the noise come in and your room would be looking towards the park.

The flat is distributed in two floors:
- three bedrooms
- two bathrooms (one would be yours)
- living room (with a lot of light!)
- kitchen
- and storage room!

And your room would be of course furnished with:
- wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- desk and chair
- double bed
- your bathroom (which is the 1st floors bathroom, so never used by us unless there is an emergency, but that works in any nice flatmates environment).

As you'll see in the pics, is quite big and with a window looking towards the park.

In terms of flatmates, we love a good valance between having a wine together and having our own space and lives. It's important to live with people that are easy going and can have some nice time.
