A cleaner comes weekly to clean the shared areas.

Hammersmith Underground Station is a ten minute walk away or a few short stops on the plentiful local buses.

In addition, buses 430, 211, 74 run close to the house into Central London South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Waterloo and Victoria.
The N74 night bus route operates all night.

Parking is possible on the street outside the flat subject to local authority residents parking permit costs and regulations.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and a well as a nice pub next to the River Thames which is 3 minutes walk away.

There is a park across the road plus a choice of gyms and a swimming pool a short walk away.

The room is suitable for a young professional or postgraduate student couple or single person. It is offered on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy but a shorter or longer let is also possible.

The rent includes all bills and fibre optic wifi internet.

A one month deposit is required in addition to rent before moving in.. No other fees apply.

COUNCIL TAX (Band D) is, together with other bills, included in the rent.
