Cosy double room in a lovely house with garden

Hello everyone, we are George, Benjamin and Laura (Welsh, French and German respectively), three professionals in our mid-twenties! Our lovely flatmate Greg is sadly leaving us, so we find ourselves with a room to fill, and are looking for another great flatmate (guy or gal!) to join the houseshare!

About the house: it is a very nice 3 stories house with 4 rooms (two of them are en-suite, two of them aren't), ideally located a 5 min walk to the Thames river path and its pubs, an 8 min walk to Baron's court station and about the same to Hammersmith station. The house has a very good sized living room, an amazing kitchen (really nice if you love to cook), and a small garden that's very convenient for summer BBQs.

About the room, it is a big double roomwith office space. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate (Laura), and is huge. The bills aren't included in the price: they amount to qbout 80£ per person per month. The landlord is a doctor who lives nearby and has always been quick to respond to our problems.

About us and the houseshare: we are professionals in our twenties, so you'll find we like the usual: the traditional "glass of wine after work", "going for a beer in a nearby pub" and such that you'll find in every Spareroom ad.

Beside that, we would like to put the emphasis on cleanliness and respect: we're pretty chill but we'd like to take care of this great house. Our aim really is to build a good atmosphere, everyone leads busy lives so it's important to find a nice house and nice people at the end of the day!
