Looking to rent my room asap. I had this rented out and it’s since fallen through. Please only contact if looking to move in the next two weeks.

One large double bedroom to rent in a 3 bed flat, situated within Queens Club Gardens.

The flat comes with two great housemates who are 30.

The room comes fully furnished with inbuilt wardrobes, a double bed, and some bed side tables and a large window that looks out onto the square. There is space for a chest of drawers or a desk if you are WFH.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one housemate. The other housemate has an en-suite.

The flat is on the top floor and has a balcony which is a great little sun trap. The kitchen and living area are combined. We have a huge kitchen table perfect for supper parties and comfy sofas perfect for lazy Sundays. All kitchen equipment provided etc.

The great thing about our flat is that we have a communal garden including resident’s tennis courts which we have free access to. We also get free tickets to Queen’s Tennis tournament each year.

The flat is situated equidistant between Barons Court tube on the Piccadilly line and District line and West Kensington Station on The District Line. Also about 15 minute walk from West Brompton station on the overground and District Line.

We are a stones throw away from The Colton Arms and Curtains Up, two gems of pubs. Both of us go there on the reg and bump into fellow residents from the square. There is a real sense of community which is great. If you like the Thames, great! We are a 15 minute walk from the river which is a fab running spot.

We are looking for someone who is social and loves to go for a drink at the pub and enjoy supper together but also has their own life, career, friends.
