Hi,

We are looking to move in together in the first or second week of October. We have already found a very nice house that we want to move into - we already had the viewing and met the landlord, we also have a draft of the contract.
The house has 4 bedrooms and it's two of us so we are looking for two likeminded people to join in. :)

About us:
We are Natalia and Ane, we study Events Management at UWL but have also part-time jobs.
Natalia (20) is originally from Poland but has been here almost all her life. Me, Ane (26), I am from the Basque Country and have been in London for almost three years.
Natalia and I met at uni, and as good future event managers, we like social events, pubs, long chats, and a nice glass of wine. We also love museums, flea markets, and parks! So we're good both enjoying busy and social days as much as quiet and couch potato days.

The house:
It's a beautiful house in a cozy area, it has a big kitchen/living room where you can access the garden. The rooms are very nice -way nicer in real life! If you are interested we could contact the landlord, David, to arrange a viewing.

Transport/Location:
It's 10 minutes away from Barons Court tube station (Picadilly Line), 10 minutes from the riverside (Hammersmith). Bus 5-minute walk to Fulham Cross (HE) station.

Rent:
Rent is 2500gbp a month everything included (less if three or all of the tenants are students). Instead of splitting the rent in four Natalia and I decided to keep the rooms upstairs and pay 655 so the other rooms can be let for 595gbp a month all bills and council tax included.
Deposit: 500gbp. As you can see in the ad the deposit was 2800gbp but after speaking to David he is reducing it to 2000gbp.
