Affordable accommodation offered in KENSINGTON/OLYMPIA – W14 area, excellent opportunity for a FEMALE ONLY Homesharer who is working from HOME and looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Olympia, 6 minute walk to West Kensington tube, 8 min walk to Barons Court and 15 mins to Hammersmith tube and bus station.
It’s a 2 min walk to a bus stop that goes towards High Street Kensington /Central London or to West London very well located.

HOUSEHOLDER
The householder is looking for someone who is working from home all the time.
She is a lovely, kind-hearted lady in her late 70’s and lives in a lovely spacious three bedroom flat in West Kensington. She is used to sharing her house with lodgers and is keen to welcome a compassionate Homesharer who appreciates companionship and conversation. She has recently been suffering with anxiety and in the current situation of lockdown feels very lonely and isolated. The ideal candidate must be a kind, friendly, caring, someone who can integrate with them, someone who is calm, patient and helpful. They welcome a friendly Homesharer who can offer support and the added assurance of having someone at home at night.

ACCOMMODATION
The flat has three bedrooms and is located on the 7th floor of a large mansion block of flats with a lift, private porter and a large communal garden. The flat is light and spacious. It’s very well located for tubes and buses.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms. The homesharer would have separate bathroom (with a shower). There is also a large sitting room with a piano and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that would be shared. The homesharer will have a bedroom with double bed, side table, chest of draws, wardrobe, own TV and own fridge. Broadband in the flat is included.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
