Hi everyone,

The flat is in Queens Club Gardens which is close to West Kensington, Barons Court and West Brompton train stations. Its a really lovely location with private shared gardens and tennis courts that you can see from the living room window. This area is populated by many young people making it a nice friendly place to live. Also due to the proximity to the tennis club you get money off tickets to queen's tennis tournament each year. There are some great pubs and shops near by and the North end road which is the nearest highstreet has wonderful mix of different cultures which I love.

The flat is newly furnished with a new kitchen and bathroom.
The room has an inbuilt wardrobe and a chest of drawers, there is also extra storage in the living room cupboards that you are welcome to use.

The price is £850ppm plus bills (including share of council tax e. t. c.) there is also a £800 deposit. The preferred tenancy agreement is 12 months with a 6 month break clause, but others will be considered and the tenancy will likely be able to be extended. The flat is definitely available from the first of Feb but if you would like to move in sooner my current flatmate is moving out on the 10th of Jan.

This flat is owned by my family and I am responsible for managing the property but I am not a live in landlord and am very easy going so this shouldn't be a concern.

I work from home largely in my room or the living room so if you also work from home there is space for a desk in your room if need be.

I am a creative and fun loving person who enjoys cooking and socialising with friends as well as relaxing in front of a good movie. I am keen to find a like minded individual to share the flat with. However I am often out and sometimes return to Devon for a week at a time so keen to find someone self sufficient who wouldn't mind this.
